  Trend collection and analysis, override and out-of-service audit, sequence-versus-actual comparison, and a prioritized findings register separating no-cost programming corrections from genuine capital repair — with the corrections implemented and documented in the format agencies and utility programs require.

• Integration & legacy unification

  LonWorks, BACnet IP and MS/TP, Modbus and OEM interfaces brought under one supervisory layer, including equipment previously written off as un-integrable. Trunk design, address schemes, gateway configuration, and the field diagnostics that resolve intermittent failures.

• BMS/EMS server build & deployment

  Controller and server sizing, station architecture, IT coordination, TLS and certificate configuration, role-based authentication, backup and recovery, and licensing strategy — built to a security posture your IT and compliance groups will accept.

• Supervisory migration

  Phased cutovers off legacy or unsupported front ends with the existing system live. Points re-mapped, histories preserved where the platform allows, graphics rebuilt to standard, no interruption to an occupied building.

• Sequences & specification support

  Sequences of operation developed from the actual mechanical design and submittals, written so a programmer can implement them and a commissioning agent can test them line by line. Division 25 sections, point schedules and integration language on the design-assist side.

• Measurement & verification

  Baselines, performance modeling and IPMVP-consistent verification supporting ESPC and UESC performance reporting, agency energy mandates, and utility incentive applications.

Acquisition path

Through our 8(a) / WOSB / EDWOSB partner, qualifying federal requirements can be direct-awarded on a sole-source basis, materially compressing acquisition timelines against a competitive procurement. We provide the technical delivery under that arrangement, and we also perform as a conventional subcontractor to primes and O&M contractors where that is the cleaner fit.
