For GCs, mechanical contractors and integrators

The controls bench you do not have to keep on payroll

You won a job on a platform your people do not hold seats for, the integration scope turned out to be larger than the bid, or the checkout is eating a schedule you cannot give back. We work as a subcontracted engineering resource on all three.

Scope

What we take off your plate

  • Programming & graphics

Application logic, point and database configuration, trend and history setup, alarm classes and routing, scheduling, and graphics from equipment-level detail through portfolio dashboards — built for operators rather than for screenshots.

  • Protocol integration

Chillers, boilers, VFDs, meters, generators, lighting, UPS and power monitoring, refrigeration and vertical transport. Trunk design and load calculation, addressing schemes, gateway configuration and point mapping, priority-array discipline.

  • Commissioning & checkout

Pre-functional checklists, point-to-point verification, sensor calibration and stroke verification, FPT script development and execution against the sequence, failure-mode and integrated systems testing, issues log driven to actual closure.

  • Submittals & documentation

Controls submittals, shop drawings, riser and wiring diagrams, point schedules and point-to-point documentation for contractors without the in-house capacity to generate them — and the turnover package that gets the job accepted.

  • Field escalation

Intermittent communication loss, reflections and grounding faults, duplicate addressing, devices flooding a trunk, loops that hunt, stale integration points. Remote-first where connectivity allows, on site where it does not.

  • Supervisory deployment

Station architecture, server sizing and build, IT coordination, certificates and authentication, backup and licensing — the part of the job that stalls when nobody on the crew wants to talk to the owner's IT department.
